VIDERÉ CONFERENCING EXPANDS TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER
Announces New Partnerships with Leading
Conferencing, Networking Vendors
December 21, 2004
Quincy, MA. – As part of their mission to provide the most
complete suite of technology, service and support to their customers,
Videré Conferencing announced today that they have expanded the
footprint of their technical support center by a factor of four and added
additional technology to accommodate evolving customer requirements. They
also announced having entered into seven new partnership agreements with
leading vendors in the conferencing and networking markets.
Located at Videré’s headquarters in Quincy, MA, the Technical
Support Center was expanded to four times the physical space in order
to better accommodate the evolving requirements of their customers. Videré
is now able to video test with any Tandberg or Polycom system, including
both current releases as well as legacy systems. Additionally, Videré
can now support PictureTel and Vtel video testing needs. By providing
the ability to test legacy equipment, Videré customers can fully assess
their capabilities and requirements before they make an investment in
new equipment. Videré also increased its network capacity for both
ISDN and IP connectivity. The company will be offering a 24/7 support
capability for mission critical customer applications in Q1 of 2005.
“The expanded footprint and capabilities of our Technical Support
Center and the new partner relationships are all focused on serving the
needs of our customers. Our number one goal is to provide them with not
just technology but unmatched service and support,” said Paul Kang,
VP of Operations. “To do that we need to have relationships with
a large number of vendors and we also need to be focused on helping customers
maximize the return they are getting on their conferencing investments.”

Videré has established partnerships with the conferencing industry’s
leading suppliers in order to provide their customers with the best products
on the market today. By providing complete product objectivity, Videré
is able to offer best-in-class technology tailored to meet any application,
