Goodwin Procter wanted to enhance the experience of its 850 attorneys using videoconferencing technology to communicate among the various law offices and practice groups located across the U.S. Videré managed every aspect of the project, from best practices consultation to product selection, installation, training, maintenance and support. We moved away from the use of ISDN lines and built an IP-based network connecting the regional offices. In addition to immediate cost savings, the firm expects the improved videoconferencing experience will contribute to broader adoption and a more efficient workforce.
